The Singapore Flyer
The Singapore Flyer can be reached by taking an aerial tram from Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay, or by walking up from the Central Business District (CBD). There are also two entrances for those who want to climb all the way up to its top.
The Singapore Flyer was built in 1988 as part of a joint venture between Singapore and Malaysia, who share ownership of the tower. The Ferris wheel was designed by French architect Jacques Herzog and his firm Herzog & de Meuron. It opened to the public on 21 June 1989.

The Singapore Flyer is a must ride for anyone's trip to Singapore. In summary, the Botanic Gardens are a great place to visit if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse yourself in nature. If you plan on visiting this location, one thing to keep in mind is that entrance is free but you will have to pay for parking at one of the several car parks located within the gardens.

Just make sure you take the cable car over then you'll be right in the heart of this tourist destination. It would be a shame to leave Singapore without having gone to Universal Studios so don't miss out on the action at this top tourist spot.
This is a pretty nice list of attractions for people visiting for the first time. We've been to most of them and would recommend the cable car ride, Sentosa beach and the Merlion. The other places seem nice too but we can't really give our opinion on those.
